ph3Technical Customer Support (Low Voltage) - Apprenticeship /h3 pWe are looking for an Apprentice for the bElectrical Products (EP) Business Unit /b in the bSmart Infrastructure /b area who will be trained as ab Technical Customer Support Apprentice in Milan /b. /p pThe bElectrical Products Business Unit (EP) /b provides a comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage electrical products and systems that ensure safe, reliable, and efficient electrical distribution. It supports customers across industries, infrastructure, and buildings with innovative and digital-ready solutions for power protection, control, and distribution. /p pDuring the apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your btechnical and customer-facing skills /b, supported by a dedicated mentor. /p pYou love to create an impact? From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProviding bfirst-level technical support via hotline /b to customers on Low Voltage products (e.g. circuit breakers, protection devices, panels…) /li liHandling bincoming calls, emails, and tickets /b, ensuring timely and effective resolution /li liSupporting customers in btroubleshooting and resolving technical issues /b /li liEscalating complex cases to internal experts and ensuring proper follow‑up /li liManaging bcustomer requests, complaints, and service cases /b /li liSupporting the creation of btechnical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles /b /li liCollaborating with sales, engineering,



and service teams to ensure a bhigh-quality customer experience /b /li liMonitoring ticket status and maintaining accurate bcase documentation in CRM tools /b /li liSupporting after‑sales processes, including bwarranty claims and technical clarifications /b /li liContributing to the identification and implementation of AI‑driven solutions and bcontinuous improvement initiatives /b to enhance operational efficiency and customer support services /li /ul h3Required Entry Qualifications /h3 ul liYou are under 30 years of age (Italian Apprenticeship requirements) /li liYou have acquired a Diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree in belectrical engineering /b, electronic engineering or similar /li liStrong interest in blow voltage electrical products and technical support /b /li liProficiency in English and Italian /li liExcellent knowledge of MS Office /li liKnowledge of belectrical distribution systems /b and of CRM will be considered a plus /li liStrong bcommunication and customer orientation skills /b /li liand analytical thinking /li liDisplays strong blearning agility /b, bintellectual curiosity /b, and badaptability /b /li liAbility to work in a team and manage priorities /li liWillingness to learn and grow in a btechnical support/customer service role /b /li liPassion for AI and digital innovation,
