With a rich heritage of technological innovation and a forward-thinking approach, we lead the energy transition through engineering excellence, cutting-edge technology and strong and dynamic execution capability. /ppTecnimont is looking for a bHR Expatriates Management Specialist /b to join the bHuman Resources /b Function /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pYou will be supposed to: /pullimonitor all aspects of HR reports metrics, for assigned management team, ensuring that application of local labor terms conditions are equitable and legally compliant /liliplan workforce, ensuring vacancies are dealt with in timely manner through re-assigning existing employees and/or recruitment of key positions. /lilisupport Milan HQ in managing Expatriates hired locally for the project and assure full compliance with local law /lilimanage personnel hired locally in full compliance with local law /lilidrive local payroll implementation including timesheet and expense report issues /lilinegotiate salary conditions and employment contract with candidates /liliinitiate new hire paperwork process for prospective employees, and initiate all necessary legal entity and/or client immigration documentation which meets both company and country requirements /liliassist employee upon his HR queries during his service life in the company /liliprovide advice and support on Compensation Benefit questions policy applications, such as incentives, annual merit review, internal salary equity analysis, etc. /li /ulh3Requirements and Skills /h3ullieducation:
bachelor/master's degree in economics or Humanities. A post-graduate master in HR matters will be considered as a strong plus; /lili2-4 years experience in the HR field, preferably in a multi-national environment in staffing position; /lilisignificant experience in working successfully in a multinational organization, consistent with the relevant field /liliavailability to be relocated abroad /liliability to adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment /lilidevelop troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills /liliexcellent communication and management skills, possess a high level of organizational ability /lilifluent English spoken and written /lilireal willingness to be relocated abroad. /li /ulh3Contract Type and Classification /h3ulliContract type: Permanent /liliApplicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) /liliJob classification level: White Collar Employee, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pThe initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be € 43.000. /ppThe compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements,
