ph3Job Description /h3pClinical Specialist reporting to the Clinical Manager MDS Italy Greece, with key accountability for all clinical aspects of the MDS portfolio within the assigned geography. Provide pre‑and post‑sales support in a clinical, training, and educational capacity. Effectively leverage clinical and product knowledge to meet customer needs. Collaborate with Sales and distributor sales team in the field, acting as an expert, advisor and troubleshooter. Advocate best clinical practices for the portfolio and provide clinical training at local, regional and national levels. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain a working knowledge of BD products, competitive devices, and new techniques. /liliDemonstrate understanding of BD policies, procedures, and regulations to keep a satisfactory record of compliance. /liliMaintain open, effective communication with all district personnel, customers, and BD employees. /liliEstablish and nurture relationships with physicians, nurses, technologists, and administrators. /liliProvide both educational and clinical support to accounts and customers assigned by the Clinical Manager. /liliDeliver one‑to‑one in‑services, staff in‑services, educational programs, seminars, and workshops for local hospitals. /liliCoordinate training and resources for hospital staff to enable train‑the‑trainer programs. /liliPresent clinical evidence and health economics analyses to support BD product positioning. /liliAct as a clinical resource during training activities, supporting physicians and staff on BD products. /liliMaintain regular connections (calls, visits, etc.) with accounts to support BD business initiatives. /liliApply SPIN Selling techniques to cover customer needs and manage expectations. /li /ulh3Education Experience /h3ulliDegree in Nursing, Cardiovascular, Radiology, Vascular Surgery,



or related technical discipline. /liliMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in Vascular Access Management, Operating Room, Interventional Radiology Lab, or Cardiac Cath Lab. /liliAll experience must be certified. /liliAdvanced knowledge of vascular access management, vascular surgery, and endovascular medicine preferred. /liliStrong time‑management skills with ability to maintain priorities and meet deadlines. /liliSelf‑motivated, self‑responsible, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision. /liliBachelor’s degree in general nursing or a medical doctor with strong hands‑on experience in critical care areas (Pharmacy or Medical Sciences). /liliProfessional nursing/clinical education experience. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /liliHigh personal integrity and ethical standards. /liliMinimum of 3–5 years experience in clinical roles in Pharma and/or Medical Companies (strong preference). /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliCoverage: Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto.
