ppWe are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join our team to create and administer training artefacts for our global IFS Cloud platform using the cloud-based training application ClickLearn. This role will involve navigating IFS Cloud workflows to create, update and publish training material in multiple formats including live guidance for the continuous development and expansion of the IFS Cloud system. The role will also involve general administration of the ClickLearn system supporting other creators and users. Furthermore, it will support IFS Cloud continuous development by creating workflows eForms, quick reports and custom fields et cetera. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCreate manuals, process documentation, and training materials using ClickLearn. /li liSupport the development and delivery of role-specific training materials for end users. /li liProvide ongoing support and coaching to users. /li liAct as a change agent to promote system adoption and engagement. /li liSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration-related test cycles. /li /ul h3Data Management Reporting /h3 ul liEnsure data accuracy and consistency across Service Management modules. /li liSupport the development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL queries and Power BI. /li liAnalyse large data sets for quality and accuracy to support data migration from older systems. /li liBasic data analysis to identify usage patterns and feedback to identify training or configuration gaps. /li /ul h3Configuration System Support (desired) /h3 ul liOptimize workflows, business rules, SLAs, and field technician processes. /li liTranslate business requirements into functional system configurations in collaboration with IT and business teams. /li liCreate and maintain basic system data.



/li /ul h3Continuous Improvement Technical Support /h3 ul liParticipate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts. /li liMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IFS support and external partners as needed. /li liStay current with IFS Cloud updates, features, and best practices. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). /li /ul h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liUsing ClickLearn to create, update, and distribute learning and guidance materials in multiple formats (ideally from IFS Cloud). /li liMaintenance and administration of the ClickLearn materials and users. (desired) /li liSupporting the configuration and development of process flows in core business systems.
