Promote a strong prevention culture through monitoring, training, and cross-functional collaboration. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliSupport the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Plant HSEE Management Systems in accordance with bISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 /b standards, monitoring related KPIs and ensuring ongoing compliance. /liliAct as an HSEE reference point for the Plant, collaborating with all functions to promote compliance with HSEE requirements and Company standards. /liliSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of HSEE audits (internal, certification, and third-party audits), managing relationships with auditors and coordinating the involvement of Plant functions.
/liliSupport the implementation and maintenance of the environmental risk assessment and control system, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the bIntegrated Environmental Authorization (AIA) /b and updating assessments following changes to plants, equipment, or processes. /liliSupport incident investigations, including occupational injuries, fire incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. /liliSupport the implementation and management of fire prevention systems and emergency preparedness activities. /liliSupport the development, implementation, and periodic review of HSEE procedures related to manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and internal guidelines. /liliSupport the implementation and management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procedures, ensuring their effectiveness and compliance. /liliSupport the implementation and management of HSEE procedures related to machinery and equipment, contributing to risk assessments and the definition of preventive and protective measures for operation, maintenance, and revamping activities. /liliSupport the management of occupational health surveillance activities in collaboration with the Occupational Health Physician, ensuring compliance with the health monitoring program. /liliPromote a strong HSEE culture by supporting the delivery of training, awareness, and communication initiatives based on competency assessments and identified development needs.
/li /ulpRequirements /pulliASPP or RSPP qualification (or equivalent Health Safety certification required by local legislation). /liliGood knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. /liliKnowledge of bISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 /b management systems is considered an advantage. /liliGood proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard IT applications. /liliStrong interest in Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy topics. /li /ulpCOMPENSATION PACKAGE /pulliThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 33.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare) /liliThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications /liliThe position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
