The Opportunity /strong /ppbr/pp

As MA Manager, you will be central to the company’s growth strategy in Italy, supporting the full lifecycle of buy-side transactions, strategic investments and greenfield project evaluations. /pp

Working within a collaborative and international environment, you will help drive the acquisition of renewable energy assets, coordinate due diligence processes, build advanced financial models, and support investment decision-making at both local and global levels. /ppbr/pp

Key Responsibilities /strong /pulli

Lead and coordinate due diligence, structuring and negotiation across multiple MA opportunities /lili

Manage internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout NBO and BO stages /lili

Build and analyse detailed financial models and commercial assumptions /lili

Prepare investment papers,



valuations and strategic presentations /lili

Support the assessment of greenfield project risks, feasibility and strategic options /lili

Contribute to strategic analysis, portfolio studies and partnership evaluations /lili

Collaborate with global teams to support business planning and investment approvals /lili

Build strong working relationships across technical, financial and corporate functions /li /ulpbr/ppstrong

Skills Experience /strong /pulli4–5+ years’ experience in MA, corporate finance, investment analysis or valuation /lili

Background in Big 4, investment banking or private equity is advantageous /lili

Strong technical skills in valuation (FCFF, FCFE), modelling, finance and accounting /lili

Hands-on MA due diligence experience is essential /lili

Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector /lili

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and teamwork skills /lili

Able to operate autonomously with exceptional attention to detail /liliMSc/MBA in Finance or related discipline preferred /li /ulpbr/ppstrong
