The Role and Candidate /strong /pp

We are looking for a naturally confident Store Manager to lead the opening of our new store in a key area in the City Centre of Milan.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail or luxury fashion, who thrives on building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences. /pp

You will take full ownership of the store launch, from staff recruitment and pre-opening preparation to daily operations and sales performance, shaping the store culture from day one. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrong

Responsabilities /strong /pulli

Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy /lili360° management of your shop. /lili

Plan, implement and monitor the measures necessary to achieve and exceed sales objectives. /lili

Ensure and collaborate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximize profitability. /lili

Manage the warehouse by maintaining the correct stock level in compliance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies /lili

Possess good product and fashion knowledge. /lili

Know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards. /lili

Supervise the reception of customers, ensuring that it is in line with POP MART guidelines. /lili





Coordination of commercial and organizational activities particularly on your Store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns) /lili

Train new joiners and accompany them on their path of growth and development in collaboration. /lili

Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team. /lili

Monitor the performance of your team (KPIs and achievement of personal and store objectives) and animate it in order to achieve results. /lili

Analyze and animate KPIs relating to customer behavior (entrances, average receipt, pieces per receipt, etc.). /lili

Ensure the achievement of your department (budget and target achievement). /lili

Apply company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication) established by central services. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppstrong

Required Qualifications Experience /strong /pulli

Applicants must have the right to work in Italy. /lili

At least 3-5 years experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts or Fashion Luxury. /lili

Knowledge of the main trade KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis and daily reports. /lili

Agility, dynamism and problem solving. /lili

Strong results orientation. /lili

High predisposition in managing a team, guiding it towards objectives and creating a virtuous team spirit. /lili

Degree (bachelor's or master's degree) preferred. /lili

Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. /lili
