You’ll drive process excellence, collaborate with diverse teams, and help shape innovative, sustainable solutions from day one. This is your opportunity to make a real impact and grow your career with a global leader. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate process commissioning and start‑up activities, support and supervise plant validation and qualification activities in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations, ensuring all systems and equipment are installed and operating according to design specifications. /li liMonitor process performance and KPIs (OEE, scrap rates, yields, performance) and implement improvements to achieve operational targets for quality, efficiency, and sustainability. /li liIdentify continuous improvement opportunities (Lean manufacturing) and oversee their implementation /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, maintenance, quality, SHE) to identify and resolve issues that arise during production, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations. /li liCreate, update and approve PID’s, mass and energy balances,
