You will support the Chef de Partie in daily operations, ensuring that every preparation meets Aman’s exacting standards of excellence. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMise‑en‑place: Prepare ingredients and set up the station for service, ensuring absolute freshness and quality of all raw materials. /liliOperational Support: Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi Chef de Partie during preparation and service times (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). /liliQuality Standards: Execute recipes and preparations strictly following the Chef's instructions, maintaining consistency and precision. /liliHygiene Safety: Maintain a spotless and organized workstation, strictly adhering to HACCP regulations and Aman’s food safety standards. /liliWaste Management: Operate carefully to minimize food waste, aligning with our sustainability philosophy.
