ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTo fuel our growth, we’re launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent. /li liThis is a fast-track program with structured rotations and a clear goal: turn you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy. /li liYou’ll go through 4 consecutive roles, each with clear goals, coaching and KPIs. /li liQualify inbound leads, learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE. /li liLearn how to generate pipeline from scratch and master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting. /li liAfter your first 9 months, based on your performance, strengths, and the skills you’ve mastered, you will transition into AE Inbound or AE Outbound for the next phase with specific responsibilities outlined.
