ph3Overview /h3 pbAbout the role: /b MotorK's largest customers - enterprise dealer groups, multi-brand retailers, OEMs - run some of the most complex platform deployments in our business. We're looking for someone to lead that portfolio: not just delivering individual projects, but owning the full picture across every active engagement - status, risk, dependencies, capacity, and go-live dates. /p pThis is a deployment leadership role. You'll take customers from signed contract to live, adopted platform: configuration, integrations, data migration, training, go-live, and hand-over to Customer Success. You'll also lead and develop the Project Managers who run these deployments day to day, and personally manage our most strategic accounts. /p h3What you'll do /h3 pbPortfolio management /b /p ul liMaintain a single, reliable view of the entire deployment portfolio - status, milestones, dependencies, risks - for leadership reporting /li liAllocate Project Managers across engagements based on workload and complexity /li liOwn scope, budget (ACV) and timeline discipline across the portfolio, managing change through the Statement of Work /li liIdentify and escalate at-risk projects early, before they become critical /li /ul pbTeam leadership /b /p ul liCoach and develop the Project Management team; set clear standards for discipline and consistency /li liAct as senior escalation point for at-risk projects, internally and with customers /li liMaintain and evolve the deployment playbook - kick-off, configuration, integrations, data, training, go-live,



hand-over - including where AI tools can reduce administrative load /li /ul pbDirect delivery on strategic accounts /b /p ul liPersonally manage our largest, most complex deployments - multi-brand, multi-country retail groups and OEM engagements /li liRun steering committees and executive-level customer communication /li liCoordinate technical workstreams with Solution Engineering, Product and Engineering /li liEnsure clean go-lives and smooth hand-over to Customer Success /li /ul pbCross-functional alignment /b /p ul liSupport pre-sales on large deals, validating that proposed scope and timelines are deliverable /li liKeep Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success aligned on portfolio priorities and constraints /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul li8+ years delivering complex SaaS or digital platform deployments to enterprise customers, end-to-end /li liProven experience leading and developing a team of project managers - this role requires people management, not just project delivery /li liStrong portfolio management instincts: prioritisation, capacity planning, dependency and risk management across multiple concurrent projects /li liWorking technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs,
