Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us to help earth agevolazioni from space? /p pBe aware that this position can be performed in Milan or Rome. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liEducational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or a related field. /li liExperience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in program management within space missions or aerospace projects, particularly with ESA/ASI or similar agencies. /li liGround Segment Expertise is a plus: Demonstrated experience in management of design, development, and validation of ground segment systems, including command and control, telemetry, and communication networks. /li liLeadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to build, manage,
and motivate cross-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts effectively. /li liIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of space mission standards, industry practices, and protocols. /li liFinancial Acumen: Strong knowledge of project economics, including cost estimation and budget management. /li liCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and stakeholders. /li liNegotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve the best project outcomes. /li liProject Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, ECSS, PMP). /li liLanguages: Fluency in spoken and written English. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liCertifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus. /li liInternational Experience: Experience working in international teams is a plus. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProgram Management: Lead and manage complex space mission projects, ensuring they meet technical, schedule, and financial objectives from conception to completion.
