ph3Purchasing Specialist Shoes – Maternity Cover /h3 h3Reference /h3 pFEND04562 /p h3Job title /h3 pPurchasing Specialist Shoes – Maternity Cover /p pWithin the Purchasing Team the candidate will follow the activities related to purchasing of raw materials for shoes guaranteeing the timing standard, monitor supplier performance in line with KPI’s indicators and, in according with Responsible, set regular review of supplier performance for an appropriate development plan. /p pThe position is based in Fermo. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liEvaluate and compute the raw materials needs using MRP system; /li liUpload and send purchasing orders to external suppliers; /li liAnalyze the timing of raw materials (development, industrialization, release and production and final delivery) and the internal / external processes of suppliers; /li liElaborate delivery plans with suppliers,



considering production planning times and needs; /li liDemand the external suppliers to guarantee the raw materials provision; /li liMonitor internal procurement process for all the raw materials of the daily production; /li liSupplier performances and proactively contribute to develop/improve indicators to monitor the purchasing flow; /li liEnsure continuous improvement approach in terms of quality of product/service, and delivery times; /li liOptimize the supplier base for the product category under his/her competence; /li liProactively collaborate with internal departments (product development, production planning control, internal production) and external suppliers. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Management or Industrial Engineering; /li li2-3 years’ experience in the same role preferably in fashion industry; /li liKnowledge of Planning Systems (MRP), preferable STEALTH 3000; /li liExcellent skills with Excel; /li liStrong organization, time management skills and capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines; /li liFlexibility and ability to interact with stakeholders and suppliers. /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 pLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities.
