The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A and corporate transactions.Responsibilities include:Analysing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreementsAssisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders,



and policiesDirectly supporting senior underwriters on live M&A dealsManaging a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow by updating the team with M&A deal statistics, reviewing/executing NDAs, and utilizing the team's IT/operating systems to ensure smooth administration of M&A dealsEngaging and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers, and investment managers.Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outingsAbout you:Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary. xysqume A background or education in Law is desirable.Excellent communication skillsStrong analytical abilitiesTeam-oriented mindsetCreative, flexible, and solution-drivenSelf-starters who are intellectually curiousHave the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentFluency in ItalianFor more information on this role, please contact:
