You will collaborate daily with data producers, data consumers, Legal, Privacy, and IT teams to ensure our governance standards are not just written, but actually lived. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat You Will Do /strong /pulliImplement Data Governance policies and standards across our AIDA data ecosystem — from use case declaration to stewardship activation. /liliOwn key initiatives: Data Dictionary (GDPR Data Act compliant), Data Sharing Playbook, and Stewardship Model deployment. /liliMaintain and grow our data catalogue (Collibra or equivalent) — glossary, ownership assignments, metadata quality. /liliOnboard and advise data teams on governance practices — classification, compliance rules, access policies. /liliMonitor and report on governance KPIs — stewardship coverage, compliance rates, use case registration. /liliCollaborate with Legal, Privacy/DPO, and IT/Architecture to translate regulatory requirements into practical rules. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat We Are Looking For /strong /pullistrong5 to 7 years of experience /strongin Data Governance, Data Management, or equivalent. /liliProven track record implementing governance frameworks in a complex, large-scale organization. /liliHands-on experience with data catalogue tools — Collibra, Alation, or similar. /liliGood working knowledge of GDPR and Data Act compliance requirements. /liliStrong ability to drive adoption and alignment across diverse stakeholders without formal authority. /liliCuriosity, pragmatism, and the ability to make complex things simple. /liliFamiliarity with Databricks or cloud data platforms is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongOffer: /strong /pulliSalary range: from €45.000 to €50.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements. /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul
