ppWe are looking for a bUtilities Maintenance Leader /b for the Maintenance team, who will report to Maintenance Manager at the Mantova plant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the utilities, buildings, and energy systems of the Mantova plant, ensuring compliance with Safety, Industrial Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. Supports continuous improvement and energy optimization efforts. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liManage preventive and corrective maintenance of utilities and facilities equipment. /li liEnsure optimal performance of electrical distribution, steam boilers, compressors, HVAC, water, gas, air and cold systems. /li liCoordinate with internal teams and external contractors for infrastructure maintenance and energy-related projects. /li liMonitor and optimize energy consumption and costs (electricity, gas, water). /li liMaintain compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards (AT/BT, pressurized equipment, refrigerants, etc.). /li liLead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis of failures. /li liSupervise and support team members and technical operators. /li liManage technical documentation, maintenance planning tools (e.g., GMAO), and ensure documentation updates. /li liSupport investment projects from design to qualification. /li liParticipate in quality, environment, and safety audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liEngineering degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance or Energy Systems. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within industrial environments. /li liKnowledge of utility systems, building infrastructure, and maintenance standards (preventive, predictive, regulatory). /li liFamiliarity with ISO 9001, 14001, and 22000 standards. /li liGood command of English. Italian and French are a plus. /li liProficient in MS Office, GMAO,
