- Answer guests' inquiries about reservations, accommodations, and amenities
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and activities
- Process reservations and payments accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions
- Strong knowledge of Backoffice processes **Requirements**: - Reliable transportation is required (car) to commute to and from work.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
