Key accountability for all clinical aspects of the MDS portfolio within the assigned geography, providing pre‑ and post‑sales support in a clinical, training, and educational capacity. /p pLeverages clinical and product knowledge to address customer needs, collaborates with Sales and distributor sales teams as an expert advisor and troubleshooter, and advocates best clinical practices for the portfolio. Provides clinical training and updates to the BD MDS team locally, regionally, and nationally. /p h3About the Role /h3 ul liMaintains a working knowledge of BD products, competitive devices, and new techniques. /li liDemonstrates understanding of BD policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain compliance. /li liCommunicates effectively with district personnel, customers, and BD employees. /li liEstablishes relationships with physicians, nurses, technologists, and administrators. /li /ul h3Duties / Accountabilities /h3 ul liProvide educational and clinical support to assigned accounts/customers. /li liEducate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to BD products through one‑to‑one in‑services, staff in‑services, seminars, and workshops. /li liWork closely with the Clinical Manager to understand the account landscape, key physicians, competitive activity, and expectations. /li liAssist the Clinical Manager and in‑house training department in training new Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers. /li liProvide training and resources for hospital staff to enable train‑the‑trainer programs. /li liPresent clinical evidence and health economics analyses. /li liAct as a strong clinical resource to physicians and support staff during training activities. /li liMaintain relationships with accounts, supporting BD business initiatives through regular calls and visits.



/li liApply a systematic selling approach to meet customer needs and manage expectations. /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Nursing, Cardiovascular, Radiology, Vascular Surgery, or an equivalent technical discipline. /li liMinimum 3 – 5 years of certified experience in Vascular Access Management, Operating Room, Interventional Radiology Lab, or Cardiac Cath Lab. /li liAdvanced knowledge of vascular access management, vascular surgery, and endovascular medicine preferred. /li liStrong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. /li liSelf‑motivated, self‑responsible, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in general nursing or as a medical doctor with strong hands‑on experience in critical care areas. /li liProfessional nursing/clinical education experience. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /li liHigh personal integrity and ethical standards. /li liMinimum 3 – 5 years experience in clinical roles in Pharma and/or Medical Companies strongly preferred. /li /ul h3Location Travel /h3 ul liMust be located in Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, or Veneto. /li liIntermediate PC literacy in MS Office. /li liDriver’s license. /li liFluent in English. /li liWilling to travel up to 75 % of the time. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pBase salary range: €40,700 – €55,000 per year, complemented by a competitive premio structure and a comprehensive benefits package. /p h3Equal Opportunity Employment /h3 pBecton, Dickinson, and Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
