This role will be instrumental in shaping how Juventus shows up across channels, engages audiences and builds meaningful connections with fans around the world. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 pYou’ll lead a dynamic content ecosystem spanning social media, website, app, editorial content, video, newsletters and creator collaborations, translating key business and brand priorities into engaging audience experiences. /p pYour main responsibilities will be: /p ul liDefine and lead Juventus’ editorial strategy across all digital and social touchpoints. /li liOversee content planning, production, distribution and optimization across channels. /li liLead matchday and live content operations, ensuring best‑in‑class coverage before, during and after key sporting moments. /li liDrive audience growth, engagement and content performance through a data‑driven approach. /li liDevelop and manage relationships with creators, influencers, publishers and external media partners. /li liCollaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Marketing,



Partnerships and other stakeholders to bring campaigns and initiatives to life. /li liMonitor audience behaviours, platform evolution and content trends to keep Juventus at the forefront of digital storytelling. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul li6–9 years of experience in content strategy, editorial management, social media or digital media roles. /li liProven experience leading editorial teams and managing multi‑platform content ecosystems. /li liStrong understanding of content performance, audience development and digital publishing. /li liExperience in sports, entertainment, media, publishing or similarly fast‑paced environments. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. /li liStrong analytical mindset combined with creativity and editorial judgement. /li liFluent Italian and English. /li /ul pCompetitive compensation package aligned with experience (b50-55K /b), plus benefits. /p pAt Juventus, we believe in the value of people and the uniqueness of every journey.
