On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Fashion Brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their team in Venice:Salary Range: €25'000-30'000.SALES ASSISTANT / FASHION BRAND / NEW OPENING / VENICE (FIXED TERM)Duties and Responsabilities:- Guarantee operative functioning of the store- Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy- Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance- Be an ambassador of the brand- Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues- Maintain high energy on the sales floor- Ensure a good work environment- Achieve sales goals- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously- Assist all sales team members- Control of checkout and bank transfers- Stock activities- Ensure the correct management of the merchandiseThe ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude- Good IT skills- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus- Customer oriented- Multi – tasking abilities
