The UX is the cornerstone of our platform. We aim to create value and make it usable and easy through seamless and effective User Experience. UX is at the very front end of this ambitious mission. /p pJoin our quest to conquer competition, help us to create beautiful and intuitive UI, clear navigation paths, and work with the Product Team and stakeholders to storyboard ideas, build sketches, and help our Software Engineering team create the best possible experience for our customers. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liAdvocating for the user and crafting UX solutions that meet critical business objectives /li liIllustrate design ideas and concepts, from concept maps, flows, to high fidelity mockups /li liDevelop UI mockups and prototypes using Figma to clearly illustrate experience within the product /li liIdentify and troubleshoot user experience (UX) problems such as usability /li liConduct user testing and adjust designs based on user feedback /li liAdhere to style and brand standards for fonts, colors, and images /li liStay informed on new,
relevant UI trends to make sure we don’t miss out on game‑changing opportunities to boost productivity /li liDesign with scalability in mind and actively contribute to our design system, creating simple, intuitive experiences in a space with complex rules and workflows /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liProven work experience as a Product Designer or similar role /li liA portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end product design work, including products featuring AI tools /li liPassion for the topic. You have a long‑standing, proven passion for product design, interaction design, or visual design /li liReasoning and depth of learning. You’re structured and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently, given the necessary knowledge. You learn new concepts and skills rapidly and look to understand stuff truly in depth /li liDrive. You’re energetic, hard‑working, and persevere through adversity until the job is done, and done well. You always aim for excellence in what you do /li liCuriosity and initiative. You love exploring, and you’re entrepreneurial in seeking out new opportunities and testing new ideas of your own accord. You don’t just wait to be told what to do all the time /li liHumbleness.
