performance indicators, and improvement plans aligned with plant and business targets. /li liSupport the Quality Manager in achieving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement objectives. /li liManage Product Audit activities to verify compliance with customer specifications, engineering standards, and internal requirements. /li liLead Process Audit programs to ensure adherence to standardized work, control plans, and process parameters. /li liAnalyze audit results, identify systemic weaknesses, and implement corrective and preventive actions. /li liMonitor the effectiveness of improvement actions and drive sustainable problem resolution. /li liLead all activities performed by the Metallurgical Laboratory, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of testing and analysis activities. /li liSupport root cause analysis and failure investigations related to material and metallurgical issues. /li liEnsure compliance with metallurgical standards, customer specifications, and laboratory procedures. /li liLead the Metrology Laboratory, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of dimensional verification processes. /li liLead cross-functional problem-solving activities using structured methodologies. /li liSupport customer complaint investigations and corrective action implementation. /li liPromote preventive quality initiatives aimed at reducing defects, scrap, and process variability. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability and customer satisfaction. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5-7 years of experience in similar role.
