Job Description

- Develop the layout of systems and equipment for upgrade and retrofit proposals and execution projects
- Prepare, update and check various plans such as layout, load tables, construction data, steel construction, platforms, ducting, and piping and component drawings
- Incorporate and check of drawings from external and internal suppliers
- Ensure the exchange of all required layout data with the project team as well as with consortium partners and suppliers of engineering services
- Attend internal and external meetings as necessary to review model
- Contact person in the project team for all layout related issues in the assigned area




- Ensure maintainability, accessibility and constructability studies in assigned area

Qualifications

- Very good knowledge of Aveva E3D (former PDMS) and MS Office. Navisworks and AutoCad are a plus
- 3+ years of experience in plant / layout design of (power) plants (power, oil & gas, industrial) or equivalent regarding structural and mechanical designs, piping routing and equipment/systems arrangement
- 3+ years of experience in creation of layout concepts of complete plants, in technical risk assessment and solution providing
- Fluency in English, German or French are a plus
- Autonomous, solution-driven, and persuading personality
