You will report to the Landscape Lead but collaborate with the entire design team, including architects, interior designers, CGI artists, MEP team, structural engineers, client representatives, and serve as a key point of contact for design problem‑solving, system integration, and detailing. You will be involved in projects across different climates and scales, applying strong technical knowledge of hardscape systems, planting strategies, grading, water management and landscape detailing. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver landscape design for high‑end hospitality, residential, and mixed‑use projects /li liSupport concept development with the Landscape Lead (vision, spatial strategy,



and experience) /li liTranslate concepts into buildable, climate‑responsive solutions across scales /li liDevelop layouts integrating hardscape, softscape, circulation, and outdoor functions /li liProduce planting plans, palettes, and specifications tailored to site conditions /li liDesign hardscape systems (paving, materials, technical build‑ups) /li liPrepare grading, drainage coordination, and technical documentation (drawings, details) /li liDesign planters, soil systems, and planting requirements /li liAdvance projects from concept through detailed design /liliCoordinate with architects, engineers, AOR, and CGI teams /li liSupport construction phase with site responses and design updates /li liResearch materials and planting; stay current with industry practices /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture /li li5–10 years of professional experience, including international projects /li liBackground in high‑end low‑rise residential and hospitality (villas, hotels, resorts) /li liStrong communication and presentation skills /li liSolid experience in specifications, materials, and planting design /li liTechnical expertise in hardscape detailing and planting plans/schedules /li liAbility to design across climates, site conditions, and project scales /li liProven experience from concept through construction stages /li liProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design/visualization tools /li liProfessional English (written and spoken) /li liPortfolio required /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA fully remote full‑time collaboration, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere /li liOpportunity to be a part of a world‑class, high‑performance team /li liWork on boutique hospitality and luxury residential projects /li liCollaboration with an international team /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
