One Works is seeking for a MEP Manager (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to join our team in Milan or Venice office. The MEP will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the MEP staff, including the coordination of the design, installation, and maintenance of the systems.

Job requirements

- MEP Technical Manager will manage, coordinate and control the design and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services including their specialist engineering subconsultants and contractors, providing specialist input at every phase of design and construction including commissioning, hand over and user group training management.

- Oversee the technical submittal process and identify any issues inhibiting the process of submission, review and approval.

- Coordinate with the client to ensure their requirements and expectations are met in relation to the MEP works.

- Review contractor schedules in relation to procurement, installation, and testing and commissioning, and identify any potential delays or progress concerns.
