The role is based at our Italian HQ in Assago and reports directly to the Head of Accounting of QSRP’s Corporate Accounting Department, based in Antwerp. You will be responsible for verifying proper payment approvals and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments for several QSRP entities. /p h3bKey Repsonsibilities /b /h3 ul liMatch supplier invoices to authorizing purchase orders and proofs of receipt /li liObtain payment approvals for non-cost of goods sold invoices /li liEnter all supplier invoices into the payables software /li liIssue notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoice line items /li liProcess expense reports /li liProcess procurement card payments /li liNotify managers when budgeted expenditure levels have been exceeded /li liIssue stop payments /li liDiscuss with local management payment proposal.
