ph3Who We Are /h3 pWe’re a fast-scaling company growing at supersonic speed, with one bold mission: making technology accessible to everyone. No exceptions, no compromises. /p pWe combine cutting‑edge technology with expert consulting to help organizations create truly inclusive digital experiences. /p pBacked by private equity and executing a buy‑and‑build strategy, we are scaling rapidly across Europe through both organic growth and acquisitions. /p pBy joining our team, you’ll be part of an international company that’s growing fast, values innovation, and is driven by impact. /p h3Your Opportunity /h3 pWe’re looking for a Finance Business Controller to join our finance team at a defining moment. You will report directly to the CFO and act as their right hand in professionalizing and scaling the finance function: a new ERP (Oracle NetSuite) is being rolled out across the group, our forecasting and reporting infrastructure is being rebuilt, and recent acquisitions are being integrated. /p pThis is a build role first and a business‑partnering role as you build. You will help design the processes, models, and reporting cadence the company will run on and as the foundations solidify, you will increasingly act as a strategic partner to commercial, operational, and leadership teams, translating financial insight into smarter decisions. /p pFor an ambitious finance professional, this is rare exposure: direct CFO mentorship, a PE‑backed scale‑up environment, and the opportunity to shape a finance function rather than inherit one. /p h3bWhat You’ll Do /b /h3 ul liHelp stabilize and accelerate the monthly close in collaboration with the accounting team, building toward a reliable, fast reporting cadence.

/li liReview and monitor revenue performance and key subscription metrics (Gross Adds, Churn, ARPU, NRR). /li liAct as a business partner to commercial, sales, and operational teams, providing visibility and actionable insights. /li liCollaborate in building the budgeting and forecasting process for your assigned businesses (KPIs, Revenue, EBITDA, Cashflow), contributing to the group’s first consolidated forecasting model. /li liPrepare the Monthly Business Review deck with the CFO. /li liImplement headcount reporting and forecasting to support hiring decisions. /li liIdentify business risks, propose mitigation plans, and set up monitoring tools. /li liDrive cost awareness and control, tracking synergies during integration of new acquisitions. /li liSupport the group‑wide rollout of our new ERP (NetSuite): review processes, identify improvements, and work with centralized finance team and local ones. /li liStrengthen internal controls around subscription revenue recognition (deferred revenue, multi‑year contracts, renewals) in line with accounting standars. /li liProvide ad hoc financial analysis for the CFO, and collaborate with the Data team on data warehouse validation and the evolution of our BI and reporting stack. /li /ul h3Your First 12 Months /h3 ul liStabilize and accelerate the monthly close and reporting calendar. /li liCreate and overview controlling processes throughout the business.

/li liBuild the first consolidated budgeting and forecasting model for your scope. /li liBuild an insightful Monthly Business Review cadence with the CFO. /li liSupport the NetSuite success implementation and use after the go‑live and the consolidation of software tools. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Business, or Accounting. /li li5–6 years of experience strictly in controlling or FPA, ideally including a PE‑backed, scale‑up, or post‑acquisition integration environment. /li liStrong financial modelling and analytical skills; advanced Excel is a given. /li liHands‑on experience with subscription/SaaS business models or FMCG companies with multiple SKU’s that require deep analysis on customers and cohorts behavior. /li liRevenue recognition fluency is a must have. /li liExperience with Oracle NetSuite, or hands‑on involvement in a major ERP implementation or migration is strongly preferred. /li liExcellent communication in English; Italian strongly preferred given the location and team (French or German a plus). /li liComfort with data tools (SQL, BI platforms, AI), or a strong appetite to develop it, is a plus. /li liProactive, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast‑changing international environment. /li /ul h3You’ll Thrive Here If You… /h3 ul liWant to build a finance function, not just operate one you see messy processes as raw material, not obstacles. /li liEnjoy connecting the dots between operations and financial outcomes. /li liHave an analytical mindset and stay cool under pressure. /li liBelieve finance is not just about numbers, but about helping the whole company grow smarter. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
