In this role, you'll work independently on routine operational matters while collaborating with global teams, bringing precision and attention to detail to every task. You'll contribute to service delivery excellence through meticulous data control, reporting, and financial analysis—making a tangible impact on our operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to build expertise in service operations while supporting our customers' success in a hybrid work environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage back‑office operations including financial data controlling, reporting,



and data entry with advanced Excel functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with global policies /li liSupport service delivery workflows by maintaining precise records and contributing to operational reporting that informs business decisions /li liPrepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and supporting strategic planning /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless operational processes and timely delivery of support services /li liIdentify operational challenges and contribute solutions through careful analysis and attention to detail /li liWelcome opportunities to learn and grow within the Global Services organization, bringing fresh perspectives to process improvement /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent professional qualification /li liFluent in English and Italian /li liAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis /li liStrong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with complex financial and operational data /li liComfortable working independently on routine tasks while contributing collaboratively to team objectives /li liAbility to remain calm and organized while managing multiple data entry and reporting tasks in a dynamic environment /li liWillingness to learn /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with financial reporting tools or processes /li liBackground in back‑office operations or data management /li /ul h3Why Us /h3 pWorking at Siemens Software means flexibility - Choosing between working at home and the office at other times is the norm here.
