What You Can Expect:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end operational execution of project logistics shipments.
- Supervise and guide Project Managers and Project Operations Coordinators, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Establish operational procedures, standards, and best practices for project logistics activities.
- Ensure proper planning and coordination of project shipments, including routing strategies, schedules, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, operational performance, and service quality across all ongoing projects.
- Identify operational risks and implement risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Oversee project budgets, cost structures, and operational profitability.
- Monitor and review KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Lead project review meetings and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, customs procedures, and safety standards.
- Support commercial teams in the preparation of tenders and logistics project solutions.




- Manage relationships with carriers, logistics providers, and operational partners.
- Allocate resources across projects and ensure efficient team workload management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project logistics operations.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
- 8–10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or project logistics.
- Proven experience managing complex logistics projects involving Air and Ocean transport.
- Previous experience in team leadership and operational management.
- Strong knowledge of international transport processes, customs regulations, and project cargo operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
