Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound calls and queries from Dutch-speaking customers, delivering outstanding support and information.
- Employ a soft sales methodology to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated records in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine sales approaches and enhance overall customer experience.




- Engage in ongoing training sessions to further develop your sales skills and product familiarity.

- Proficiency in Dutch (oral and written) is mandatory; English language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on building strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with effective time management skills and the ability to meet targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking is beneficial.
- Possess a positive, empathetic attitude with a strong desire to assist customers.
- Must be open to relocating and living in Bulgaria.
