About the Role

You'll be part of a team dedicated to reviewing and moderating user-generated content for one of the world's most popular video-sharing apps. Your main goal is to ensure all content follows the platform's guidelines and community standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing Content: You will check a large volume of content in Italian—including videos, comments, and profiles—to make sure it meets company policies.
- Enforcing Rules: You'll identify and take action on inappropriate material, such as hate speech, misinformation, or other policy violations.
- Teamwork: You will collaborate with your colleagues to handle complex cases and contribute to a supportive work environment.

What We're Looking For

- Italian Fluency: You must have native-level or C2 fluency in Italian, both spoken and written.
- English Proficiency: You'll need at least a B2 level of English to communicate with your team and participate in training.
- Attention to Detail: You must be sharp and precise,



able to spot even minor policy violations quickly.
- Resilience: You should be able to handle sensitive or disturbing content professionally and discreetly.
- Adaptability: The ability to learn new tools and policies quickly is essential.
