product proposals, and technical readiness during inu2011person visits across key regionsnn * Collaborate with partners to guide product definition, quality standards, compatibility requirements, and certification processesnn * Ensure partners have the documentation, tooling, guidance, and support needed to develop successfully within the Arduino ecosystemnnnnnCrossu2011Functional Collaborationnn * Work with Arduino hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure ecosystem products integrate smoothlynn * Partner with marketing and community teams to promote new ecosystem additions and showcase partner success storiesnn * Collaborate with operations and quality teams to support onboarding, compliance, testing, and ongoing partner performancennnnnEcosystem Lifecycle Managementnn * Track ecosystem product performance using user feedback, market insights, and usage datann * Identify opportunities to expand categories, improve quality, or sunset underperforming ecosystem componentsnn * Develop processes to scale the ecosystem sustainably as Arduinou2019s global footprint growsnnnnnWhat You Bringnn * 3u20135+ years of experience in Product Management, Partner Management, Business Development, or Hardware Ecosystem rolesnn * Strong understanding of hardware development, manufacturing workflows, and product quality processesnn * Demonstrated experience in the Asian or Chinese electronics market.nn * Experience working with international partners.nn * Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) for partner meetings, factory visits, evaluations, and events. Majority of travel will be in China.nn * Excellent communication and relationshipu2011building skills with multicultural, crossu2011functional audiencesnn * Ability to balance strategic thinking with handsu2011on execution and detailed followu2011throughnn * Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related fieldnn * Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and Chinese is a strong plusnnnnnPreferred Minimum Qualificationsnn * Bacheloru0027s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.nn * 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience.nnnnnBonus Pointsnn * Experience with embedded systems, electronics manufacturing, or consumer hardwarenn * Familiarity with the Arduino ecosystem,
