Job Description
What you’ll do…
- Lead the bar team in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can switch off and soak up the moment.
- Ensure quality and consistency throughout the day, from the very first espresso to the final cocktail.
- Be creative and share new ideas with the team to develop our menu—contributing to the bar’s concept innovation and staying on top of (or even ahead of) the latest trends.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of our products and systems.
- Lead by example, promoting service standards that strive for guest excellence while encouraging team growth and development, all in true Hox style.
