HalfPrice | Store Manager | Parma - Promenade (f/m)

Lead the overall operation of the store, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational objectives.
Define goals and priorities for the management team (Deputy Store Manager and Team Leaders).
Supervise and evaluate the performance of the management team, promoting their professional development.
Make strategic decisions to improve sales, productivity, and customer experience.
Analyze store KPIs, detect deviations, and implement action plans.




Manage the entire workforce, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
Plan the necessary human and operational resources according to the store’s workflow.
Represent the store to company management, participating in meetings, and reporting results.
Coordinate sales campaigns, visual merchandising changes, and product launches.
Oversee the proper execution of all areas: customer service, cashier, stock, warehouse, visual merchandising, and maintenance.
Effectively delegate responsibilities and monitor compliance.

Previous experience in a similar role in the retail sector (minimum 2-3 years)
