Join Our Team:
We are excited to invite an experienced and passionate Sushi Head Chef to join our start-up team, located in a very prestigious area of Milan, above the clouds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage kitchen resources and ensure seamless operations for the kitchen, restaurant,
and outdoor functions.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards and brand requirements.
- Control kitchen costs to meet budget and enhance profitability.
- Supervise kitchen maintenance and repairs.
- Manage food product orders and supplies for daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Participate in the preparation and production of all food items.
- Maintain food quality and consistency according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and functionality of all equipment through regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and develop menus.
- Meet customer requirements for special requests and dietary needs.
- Work with HR to recruit and ensure the quality of new kitchen staff.
- Lead and coach kitchen staff to achieve objectives and targets.
