Experteer Overview As Accounting Finance Transformation Manager, you will lead the modernization of accounting workflows through automation and AI, ensuring accurate, compliant, and scalable financial processes. You will drive day-to-day operations while delivering reliable reporting and tangible efficiency gains. Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee daily accounting operations, reconciliations and month‐end close
Ensure accurate revenue, expense and accrual recognition per accounting standards
Leverage automation and AI‐driven tools to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Lead initiatives to standardize workflows and shorten cycle times
Supervise budgeting and forecasting within the accounting perimeter
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and company policies




Support internal and external audits with transparent financial data
Prepare timely financial reports, variances, and management commentary
Transform complex data into actionable insights for decision‐making
Act as a change agent driving digital transformation within finance and stakeholders
Responsabilità Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
≥10 years in a similar management role within an international group
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong proficiency in SAP/4HANA; PowerBI
Experience with Automation Systems & AI in finance
Strong financial acumen, risk awareness and regulatory compliance experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management experience
