Professional Assistant
Apply now for the position of Professional Assistant and you will join the Point of Care (POC) marketing team to support and drive key marketing activities.
Your role
Executive Assistance: provide comprehensive support to the Country Business Manager in daily activities concerning clients, the team, and general organization, including constant monitoring of appointments and project timelines.
Event Coordination: assist in the organization and facilitation of company and team events/calls, coordinating logistics from both a local and international perspective.
Documentation & Reporting: prepare and finalize critical documents such as reports, meeting materials, and memos.
Operational Team Support: offer operational assistance to the team, including tasks like due diligence processes for new partners.
External Communications: provide support for media relations and contribute to marketing and communications initiatives.
Congress and Event Management: assist with the process and agreements related to congresses, events, and speaker activities (e.g.,



using internal compliance platforms).
Product Manager Collaboration: support of one or more Product Portfolio Managers and/or Product Managers in specific delegated tasks.
