This role is accountable for driving underwriting excellence in the team, building relationships with commercial units, customers, brokers and agents, creating a collaborative spirit, shaping risk strategies, ensuring sustainable portfolio performance, driving innovation, and focusing on staff retention and development to support profitable growth.
