Experteer Overview As Director of Human Resources, you drive property-level HR strategy aligned with brand and business goals. You lead talent management, succession and workforce planning, performance development, and ensure efficient use of HR technology to support the property. You work closely with the executive committee to translate priorities into HR actions that improve retention, leadership capability, and cost control. You act as a change agent for initiatives with high employee impact, shaping a positive and high-performing culture.
