Liz Italiana is currently seeking entry-level refractory engineer to expand and support its Genoa office. This technical role involves sales and service support for the high temperature product (Refractories) for the Iron and Steel, Glass, Cement, Lime, Petrochemical,… industry. This position requires a Technical degree (engineering) or equivalent experience, preferred.

The main responsibilities will be:

- Service and Technical support at sites, with refractory applications and installations
- Provide expertise on products as well as their applications
- Increase market share for the services and applications
- Build relationships with new and existing customers

The main requirements are:

- BS in Engineering or Materials Science is preferred.




- Previous experience with refractory applications and installations is desired
- 0-3 year’s sales experience in an industrial applications or steel making is desired.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to relate to customers at all levels of operations.
- Experience with AutoCAD and understanding drawings preferred.
- Technical ability to understand product data and material safety datasheets.
- 50% travel is required
- Fluency in English complete the profile
