Guydeez is looking for French-speaking locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups of international travelers. This freelance opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and creating memorable experiences.

We value local knowledge, communication skills, and enthusiasm for showcasing Milan.

What You'll Do

- Lead private walking tours tailored to guests' interests and preferences
- Share stories and insights about Milan's history, neighborhoods, architecture, fashion, and cultural heritage
- Adapt each experience according to visitors' pace and interests
- Provide authentic recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and cultural experiences
- Create a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for guests




- Optionally host food-focused experiences for visitors interested in Italian gastronomy

Who We're Looking For

- Based in Milan or very familiar with the city
- Fluent French is required
- Tour Leader or Accompagnatore Turistico
- Strong knowledge of Milan's history, culture, and attractions
- Friendly, confident, and engaging communicator
- Comfortable leading walking tours lasting 3–8 hours
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or guiding is a plus but not required
- Passion for culture, fashion, local experiences, and gastronomy is an advantage
