About the Role
The ideal candidate will have gained solid experience in project management within well-structured organisations. They will independently manage project progress to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met. They will have the opportunity to liaise internally with departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Assembly and Sales, as well as with international suppliers, and will be able to oversee inter-company and R&D; projects.
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will join the Project Management Department, reporting directly to GF’s Project Management Manager, and will be responsible for:
- Applying and ensuring the application of the company’s Project Management Framework (including Methodology, Policy, Process and Tools) and the Project Governance Model.
- Review the consistency of the project scope,
time and cost constraints against the original business case or the customer’s order/contract.
- Identifying and engaging project stakeholders (including those from the client, where applicable).
- Ensuring that the project is executed and that project objectives are achieved whilst adhering to all project constraints (budget, time, scope, quality).
- Coordinating key project communications and ensuring the creation and archiving of all necessary project documentation.
What You Need to Be Successful

Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering;
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management within industrial environments and well-structured matrix organisations;
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);
- Excellent command of English;
- Knowledge of SAP business management software (preferred);
- Ability to manage projects independently;
- Problem-solving skills and good analytical and organisational skills;
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Our Offer
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40.800, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
