This isn’t a clipboard role. You’ll be in the detail, driving programme, coordinating trades, and making sure nothing gets missed. /p h3Project Start‑Up /h3 ul liSupport the PM in building the construction programme and short‑term lookaheads /li liSet up the site properly – establishment, logistics, safety from day one /li liReview drawings, method statements, and risk assessments (and challenge them if needed)



/li liGet aligned on change management early (so there are no surprises later) /li liHelp benchmark quality standards and installation practices /li /ul h3Live Project Delivery /h3 ul liDrive daily productivity across all CSA activities /li liBuild and manage short‑term programmes aligned with the master plan /li liRun site meetings with subcontractors and keep them accountable /li liTrack variations with the PM and QS (no lost scope on your watch) /li liEnsure labour is where it should be—on site, on time, working /li liMaintain a detailed site diary (if it’s not written down, it didn’t happen) /li /ul h3Coordination Leadership /h3 ul liWork closely with ME teams to keep everything aligned (no silo working) /li liCoordinate across trades and supervisors to avoid clashes and delays /li liAct as the point of escalation—own problems and drive solutions /li liLiaise with the client and subcontractors to keep work fronts open and progressing /li /ul h3Safety (Non‑negotiable) /h3 ul liLead from the front on HSEQ—toolbox talks, inductions, daily presence /li liEnforce safe systems of work, permits, and method statements /li liCarry out daily walkdowns with a “don’t walk by” mindset /li liMaintain logs, checks, and inspections to the highest standard /li /ul h3Quality (Where projects are won or lost) /h3 ul liCoordinate materials and plant deliveries properly /li liManage inspections, snagging, and testing in line with ITPs /li liDrive a zero‑snag mentality (not just a nice idea)
