This role is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously enhancing marketing strategies beyond the acute care setting to grow targeted product lines, strengthen clinical satisfaction, and positively impact the lives of customers who rely on our products and services. /p h3Essential Functions Of The Role /h3 ul liCommunicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms. /li liCollaborate across departments to support organizational goals. /li liParticipate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives. /li liManage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. /li liLead or support special projects aligned with departmental objectives. /li liServe as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. /li liTravel frequently, including overnight and occasional weekend travel. /li liOccasional lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the product owner for post discharge activities to drive, measure, monitor, and adjust strategies. /li liPartner with local and global marketing teams to align strategies that support the full ostomate journey. /li liCollaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders including compliance, market access, finance, and clinical education to ensure effective market planning and implementation. /li liMonitor competitor activity developing strategies to respond and leap ahead to maintain and grow share. Serve as the subject matter expert of community activity.
