ppLead the construction and Industrial services scope execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross‑functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company’s fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimisation of the existing fixed‑asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout. /p pResponsible for ensuring smooth start‑up of all industrial services to ensure optimal generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation, i.e. electricity, steam, refrigeration, water and eluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air. /p pResponsible for delivering new/extension/modification of buildings in compliance with local regulation and people safety and hygienic standards. /p h3Duties /h3 ul liOrganise project execution and manage budget. /li liManage third parties such as general contractor, technical client, and system integrator according to regulation, standards and norms. /li liProperly manage project documentation (technical instruction / SOP…) and digitalise per group standard. /li liIssue the project‑specific User Requirement Specification (URS),



integrating standard URS from TAP/Utility Corporate functions. /li liCoordinate third‑party contractor tender and work allocation, and achieve FAT, SAT, commissioning and close snag list. /li liControl project communication, especially for environmental aspects with local authorities. /li liEnsure consistency between progress reports and execution, control and validate deviation variable orders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liConsistent previous experience (10+ years) in complex construction sites and knowledge of industrial services in manufacturing environments, and supervising others in operating manufacturing projects management in an international environment for the entire project lifecycle (definition, budgeting, assessment, implementation) with PMI certification. /li liCapacity to determine methods to minimise the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (Health, Safety Environment). /li liCapital investment projects management skills. /li liBackground in civil engineering or equivalent. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pCCNL Industria Alimentare, Annual Base Salary €85.000,00. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
