The role is accountable for managing the FX trading Book, market risk, liquidity, pricing, execution, regulatory, compliance and developing trading strategies aligned with the bank's overall Global Markets strategy. The incumbent is expected to support client franchise growth, mentor traders, and contribute to the overall leadership of Global Markets. /p pbJob Description /b /p pbKey Accountabilities /b /p ul liDeliver annual FX trading revenue and profitability targets; /li liLead and grow ASBA Mauritius domestic and regional FX franchise by enhancing market share and price competitiveness. /li liManage the FX trading portfolio within the bank's approved Risk appetite, ensure optimal utilization of market risk limits whilst preserving capital /li liIdentify and execute profitable trading opportunities across G 10 and African FX Markets to maximise sustainable risk adjusted returns; /li liDevelop new revenue opportunities through product innovation,
