ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBased on AIKO’s overall business strategy, participate in market planning and execution for the Italy distributed PV market , and be responsible for regional product and solution promotion. /liliWork closely with Sales / Key Account Managers to identify customer needs and pain points (e.g. installers, EPCs, distributors, CI; end customers), and provide timely feedback to the product and HQ technical teams. /liliBe responsible for the development and maintenance of technical relationships with regional customers and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor. /liliConduct regular customer visits across Italy to support product promotion, solution explanation, and pre-/post-sales technical support. /liliSupport solution design and technical proposals , including system configuration, product selection, and application scenarios for distributed PV projects. /liliPrepare and deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and marketing materials , and support roadshows, distributor events, and customer workshops.



/liliCoordinate with internal teams and external technical resources to ensure solution feasibility, competitiveness, and successful project implementation . /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. /liliMinimum 3+ years of experience in photovoltaic product marketing, technical sales, system design, or distributed PV project support. /liliExperience in distributed PV (CI;, rooftop, small-scale ground-mounted) is strongly preferred, Candidates with a PV module / inverter / energy storage manufacturer background are a plus. /liliFluent in Italian, Working proficiency in English is required. /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, Good learning ability and customer-oriented mindset. /liliWillingness to travel frequently within Italy and Southern Europe . /li /ulpResumes received will be handled in compliance with European personal data privacy protection regulations. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
