Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead and support Europe-wide engineering, construction and material handling projects for FedEx property and real estate initiatives. You will manage schedules, budgets and scoping, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple sites. You help optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid, multi-site position offers a chance to shape real estate development and logistics projects at a global logistics leader.

- Lead or support multiple engineering, construction and material handling projects across Europe
- Manage scopes, schedules, resources, and budgets for construction and material handling projects
- Ensure contract compliance and manage invoicing and documentation across countries
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across projects

- Identify and mitigate project changes and risks with stakeholders

Responsabilità

- Degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 5–8 years of project management, real estate development, or facility engineering experienceExcellent communication, structured thinking, and fact-based approach
- Fluency in English
- Experience working with diverse teams across regions
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with engineering, construction or logistics focus (Brownfield/Greenfield)
- Strong budgeting, planning, and design project management skills
- Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
