/h3 ul libDesigning and Developing Mechanical Systems /b /li liComponents and assemblies for nuclear reactor applications, including piping, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and cooling systems /li libCreating and Modifying CAD Drawings /b /li liUsing software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CREO for detailed design /li libCollaborating with Engineers and Regulatory Agencies /b /li liEnsuring design feasibility, safety, and compliance /li liConducting material selection, stress analysis, and thermal analysis for optimal performance under high-radiation and high-temperature conditions /li liAdhering to industry regulations and codes, including ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), NRC guidelines, and ANSI standards /li libEngineering Activities Related to Mechanical Loads /b /li liAnalyzing systems and components, including pressure vessels /li libAssisting in Prototype Development and Testing /b /li liTroubleshooting nuclear mechanical systems /li libPreparing Technical Documentation /b /li liIncluding design specifications, engineering reports, and bills of materials (BOM) /li libRevising Designs Based on Feedback /b /li liIncorporating testing results, manufacturing input, and regulatory requirementsEnsuring version control for nuclear components and systems /li libSupporting the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Process /b /li liIncluding design updates and safety improvements /li /ul h3Who We Want to Work With: /h3 ul libEducation /b: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or a related field /li libExperience /b: 2-5 years in mechanical design for nuclear applications, power plants, or industrial settings /li libCertifications (Preferred) /b: CSWP (Certified SolidWorks Professional), AutoCAD Certification, or equivalent /li libKnowledge of Mechanical Design Principles /b: Material properties and manufacturing processes specific to nuclear applications /li libUnderstanding of Nuclear Reactor Components /b: Cooling systems and radiation shielding /li libFamiliarity with ASME BPVC, NRC Regulations, and ANSI Standards /b for nuclear mechanical design /li libExperience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) NASTRAN /b: Knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for nuclear applications NASTRAN is a plus /li libExperience in Tribology, Seals, and Welding /b /li libStrong Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities /b /li libEffective Communication and Teamwork Skills /b: Essential for collaboration with engineers and regulatory bodies /li libAttention to Detail and Project Management Skills /b: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet regulatory deadlines /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications: /h3 ul libEnglish (Written and Oral) /b /li /ul h3Soft Skills : /h3 ul libPassionate Engineer /b willing to be part of history in nuclear industry. /li libAbility to Build Relationships and Influence /bat all Levels of the Organizatiobn /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
