To strengthen our team dedicated to monitoring managed services through NetEye, we are looking for a NOC (Network Operation Center) Engineer. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliConfigure and manage automated monitoring solutions using NetEye. /liliMonitor the availability of managed services through NetEye. /liliDiagnose, document, and escalate infrastructure and application incidents, contributing to their resolution. /liliProvide specialized, highly qualified support to cloud and on-premises customers. /liliEnsure service availability in accordance with defined SLAs. /liliCollaborate with the IT Operations team in change management activities. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliStrong knowledge of Linux systems administration. /liliPrevious experience of at least 2 years in a technical IT role is preferred. /liliDegree, diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent technical education.
